She has practiced as an English for over 2O years within Catholic schools , the majority of which have been within inner cities. She joined St Augustine's Catholic High School in 2013 where she led a highly successful Sixth Form and offered school to school support as a Specialist Leader of Education. She joined St Benedict's Catholic High School in January 2021 and is responsible for leading on Quality of Education. During this time, she has worked alongside Heads of Department to ensure the taught curriculum adapts to ensure the experience and outcomes of pupils is positive. She works across MAC as the leader of the Post 16 Consortium which enables creative collaborations for both pupils and staff.
